Tax Policy
New York, Kentucky, and Indiana residents are subject to sales tax.
All orders will be shipped via ground transportation unless otherwise stated in an online order, within the 48 continental states, and will include shipping, handling and insurance charges. Shipping and handling charges on all other orders vary; contact your datavis.com account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials. For the Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the Customer's credit card. In some circumstances, international shipping may be available. For international shipments, please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility for all taxes, duties, custom charges and fees to be paid. Datavision does not have any obligation for these fees. Datavision also does not have the responsiblity to maintain custom tables for any individual country. Any refusal of shipment, due to non payment of customs taxes, duties, fees, or charges will necessitate a chargeback in shipping charges to a customer's credit card. Call for details.
All returned merchandise will be deemed new and in original condition if all packing materials, including manuals and warranty cards are enclosed. Returns are accepted within 45 days from your invoice date. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable for any returns of product to Datavision. The customer is responsible for returning and shipping the merchandise to Datavision. Datavision does not pay for the shipping charges, for returned merchandise, whether it is for return for credit or exchange.It is also the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of any Refused packages. These include the shipping costs going to the customer's address and for the return trip back to our warehouse. These shipping costs are not refundable.

Software and DVD Movie Return Policy
Only defective software and DVD movies can be returned to datavis.com The return must take place within 45 days of invoice date and may only be replaced for the SAME software or DVD movie title. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 45 days of invoice date. Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer.NOTE: Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer. Multiple licenses may not be returned beyond 45 days for any reason.If it is returned it is subject to exchange for same product only if defective, or for credit is subject up to a 15% restocking fee if all the contents are there, If contents are missing then it is subject up to a 50% restocking fee.

Personal Care and Health and Fitness Products Return Policy
All products falling under the categories of Personal Care and Health and Fitness cannot be returned for refund or exchange at all if the package is opened. This is by order of the Department of Health and the Departments of Consumer Affairs of the City of New York. To return the product please see the manufacturer's warranty for instructions and directions within the contents of the box.



Consumables and Memory Cards Return Policy
All products falling under consumables including recording tape of any kind, dvd or cd blank recording media, printer ink cartridges are deemed not returnable when package is opened. There are no exceptions. Video graphic cards and Memory cards including Smartmedia, xD Picture card, CompactFlash, notebook or desktop memory modules or any type are not returnable when the package is opened. If it is returned it is subject to exchange for same product only if defective, or for credit is subject up to a 15% restocking fee if all the contents are there, If contents are missing then it is subject up to a 50% restocking fee.

If you wish to return your online purchase: First, please call our Customer Service Department at 888-888-2087 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages will not be accepted without this RMA number and will be returned to you via the designated carrier. Please make sure you can trace the returned package with a carrier. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable for any returns of product to Datavision. Television purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to shipment of the TV. Customers can not cancel a TV order that is in route.
  • Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect the TV and insure that it is not physically damaged and in operable condition.
  • DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product as is and CAN NOT refute the charges for the purchase from this point forward.
  • If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as a witness to the damages.
  • If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is undamaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges on the round trip delivery for the order. Understand that a refund will be issued to you minus these charges.

DataVision reserves the right to cancel an order without recourse, in the event the buyer intends to purchase the item for resale.
